January 17, 2017 was the second day of WACOM 4 (the Fourth World Apostolic Congress on Mercy) in Manila, Philippines.
The focus of Day Two was the role of the Church as the Body of the Face of Divine Mercy. Attendees reflected on the benevolence of God who abundantly nurtures His children with His love and mercy.
